Cancellation Policy
We are happy to assist you in the cancellation of any order prior to shipment. Please call our customer care advocates at (804) 220-0773 to request cancellation of your order. We will verify the order status and process your cancellation and refund immediately if possible. If your order has already shipped, we will assist you in starting the return process as per the "Standard Return Policy".
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Return Policy". Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this may result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You will also be charged for round-trip shipping costs.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 35% restocking fee on return of non-defective items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
